    Who is Fetish Factory ?
    We are a real brick-and-mortar retail fetish shop founded in 1995, located in sunny South Florida, in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale. (USA)  Please come in and check us out if you are ever in South Florida!

    What types of merchandise do you stock ?
    We are committed to bringing you only the best of the best in fetish fashion, clubwear, shoes, boots, kinky toys, fetish videos, magazines, and bondage gear at the lowest possible prices.

    Why should I consider shopping at Fetish Factory instead of other online stores ?
    Fetish Factory is different than most online shopping experiences. We are an actual retail store and have a physical address where you can go and visit our knowledgable staff. You can reach out and touch us, contrary to most other online shopping experiences. We have been around long before internet shopping online was widely available and now offer our online store as a convenience to our clients. We are not a warehouse or garage operation and stock everything we display on our web site. We humbly admit that we may not have all colors and sizes in stock all the time but we can get it for you in a reasonable amount of time. If we are unable to honor your specific request, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will try to suggest alternative items that are immediatly available for delivery. If the item is not in stock, we will quote you a reasonable delivery date. Another thing that separates us from many other online stores is our billing policy. Fetish Factory will not bill your credit card until the day of shipping. Many online stores will bill your credit card even if they do not have product to ship. They often times rely on your money to finance their inventory. Fetish Factory reserves the right to request payment in advance for special or custom orders and will inform you immediately about this, if applicable to your order.

     Fetish Factory is more than just a retail and an online fetish store, we are a lifestyle. We have made a lot of friends over the years and encourage you to visit our shop, and if you are not able to visit our area, visit our online store.     Why should I sign the Fetish Factory guestbook ?
    By taking the time to sign our guestbook, you will be adding your name to our email address book. We will contact you at least twice a month offering you information about our Alter Ego fetish events and special offerings- like discounts on merchandise- only available to persons on our email list.

    Where can I wear the fashions that Fetish Factory sells ?
    Fetish Factory offers a wide variety of style that can be worn to any club or event that commands cutting edge fashion or for attire worn for fetish roleplay. We host the world-famous Alter Ego party: the largest and longest-running strict dress code party in North America, on the second Saturday of every month in South Florida.     Where are your size charts?
    Please note that, since we carry many different brands from different countries, sizing is not standard across our entire inventory. You may be a Medium in one company, but an Extra-Small in another. For any companies that we have size charts for, the size chart is listed at the bottom of each individual item page.

    RETURN POLICY
    SATISFACTION IS ALWAYS GUARANTEED

    All merchandise is inspected before shipping. Fetish Factory stands behind the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt to receive authorization for a return. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA), please contact us at 954-563-5777 x 204 or email us at info@fetishfactory.com. Packages sent must be postmarked within 7 days of the RMA being issued. Packages postmarked more than 7 days after the RMA is issued will be restocked and will be returned ONLY to store credit under the name of the original purchaser, minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee, and any packages without an RMA will be returned to the sender. The RMA number MUST be written on the outside of the package, and you also must include your original receipt. If you receive return authorization you must be sure to insure the package for its value. If a package is lost during the return process, Fetish Factory assumes no liability for the lost package. We will gladly replace or exchange your purchase for an item which meets your needs. Refunds are arranged on an individual basis. Please contact us by email or telephone for more information. When an item is returned for refund or for store credit, the amount credited to your account is for the purchase less the shipping. We are unable to credit shipping with returns. 

    Sorry, there are no returns on intimate items, such as undergarments, opened hosiery, adult novelty toys, oils and lotions. This is due to health regulations. Also, books, magazines, videos and cd-roms, and Clearance items from our Clearance Rack are non-returnable items.

    What form of payments do you accept ?
    We accept several forms of payment!

    Credit Card (Master, Visa, AmEx, Discover) - We prefer to ship product to the address which is verified by your credit card bank. All orders will be shipped to the address where you receive your credit card statement! If you need to ship your order to an alternate address you will have to notify the credit card issuing bank and request that they temporarily add the alternate address to your record. Once the alternate address is added to your profile, you can contact us and we will call your cedit card bank to confirm. If you refuse to add the alternate address to your credit card we will be unable to process yor order using credit card as your payment type. When placing an order from a country outside the USA we often run into problems having the international bank confirm your verified address. If the credit card bank which issued your credit card refused to offer us validation of your verified address we will be unable to accept your credit card as payment.     Money Order / Cashier's Check - We accept Money Orders and Cashier's Check issued in US Dollars. If you choose this payment option we will be unable to begin processing your order until we receive your check. Any order placed with this payment option will be cancelled if the Money Order or Cashier's check is not received within 14 days of placing your order. This is one of the preferred ways to pay when ordering items from the WishList Program.

    Personal / Business Check - This payment option will delay the processing of your order. We will accept your personal or business check but will not process your order until your check clears the bank. All checks must be in US Dollars. This may take up to 14 days to clear which is further delayed by the time it takes for you to mail the check to us. This is one of the preferred ways to pay when ordering items from the WishList Program.

    Wire Transfer - When you order and choose wire transfer as your payment option we will send you our bank details to take with you to your bank to process the wire. If the wire is generated from a US Bank we will add a $5 bank fee to your order. If the wire is placed from a bank outside the US we will add a $15 bank fee to your order. Please be advised that many banks will also charge you a fee to process a wire and the cost varies from bank to bank. Instructions for the Wire Transfer process is offered to you with your order confirmation.

    Bill Pay Online - Bill Pay Online is only available to individuals with US Banks and is unavailable to orders placed by International customers. If you bank outside the USA this option is not available. If you are currently taking advantage of Bill Pay Online through your bank or from a third party company like CheckFree you are eligible to pay our invoice in the same manner you pay your other bills with Bill Pay Online. If on the other hand you are not doing online banking at this time but are interested, we suggest you click on the following link CheckFree to learn more about this new exciting way to pay your bills online. CheckFree offers this service for a fee but if you contact your bank directly you can learn the terms of your own bank. We use Bank of America which offers this service for FREE!

    What are the hours of your Online Store?
    Our Online Store has different hours from our Brick & Mortar retail store. While our website is open 24-7 everyday, customer service and processing of online orders is available Monday-Friday from 11:30am-7:00pm (E.S.T). If you have questions about sizing or fit, please call us or send us an email.

    How long does it take to process an Online Order?
    We ship all "In Stock" items within 48 hours of your placed order. Most "In Stock" items will typically ship within 48 hours but there is no guarantee.

    We only process & ship orders on weekdays (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays it will not be processed until we return to the office during our scheduled hours (weekdays) for our online store.  Also, please note that UPS shipping times only include weekdays-not weekends!

    If you place an order for an item which is out of stock we will ship the order based on your shipping option as soon as we receive the item in stock from the designer / manufacturer.

    If you place an order with priority shipping (i.e. 3-day, 2-day, or next day) service we suggest you contact us (954-563-5777 x 204 or info@fetishfactory.com) soon after you place your order for a realistic date of shipping. Processing of your priority shipped order may be delayed for billing / stock issues. We will do our best to contact you if we run into problems with your order.

    If you place an order using check as your payment option we will process your order only after the check has cleared our bank.

    If your credit card issuing bank is a credit union or your card is originated outside the USA your order will not be processed until your bank responds to our request for AVS authentication.

    The fastest way to have your order processed would be to use the "Credit Card" option or "Wire Transfer".

    How much will it cost to ship my International Order?
    International orders are quoted on an individual basis. Please place your order and we will email a shipping quote before we bill your card, or you can email us with the style number and shipping address and we will offer you a quote. We currently use UPS Worldwide Express to ship all of our International Orders. The price may be a little higher than other methods, but gives both Fetish Factory and our customers enhanced security and trackability. All international customers are subject to any duties and fees of their country, and are solely responsible for those charges.


    How will my order be shipped?
    Fetish Factory uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping all orders. We offer 3 shipping options, Standard - Priority - Express. Your shipping cost will be itemized when checking out on order completion. Our shipping charges are posted under the left navigation link "Help" and then you will see a link for "Shipping".

    International orders are also shipped via USPS to ensure that the items get to their destination safely and quickly. We are unable to offer a shipping charge at the time of checking out at the completion of International orders and will be quoted soon after you place your order. We will NOT ship International orders until you review the quotes shipping which will be emailed to you. You should check your email frequently for the first few days after you place your International order. USPS can deliver to PO Boxes as well as APO for our armed forces.

    All packages are shipped out in a discreet fashion, in plain brown boxes or envelopes, and the name "Fetish Factory" does NOT appear anywhere on the outside of your package!

    Do you accept PayPal as a payment option?
    PayPal - We do not accept PayPal as of April 2007.  Sorry for the inconvenience as PayPal feels that they would rather not deal with companies that sell anything provocative.  We do offer several alternatives to PayPal, please see payment methods listed above.

    Can I request my USPS shipment be released without a signature?
    ABSOLUTELY NOT! USPS requires a signature so the package can be tracked back to you. If that item were to go missing, it would be much more difficult to trace and it leaves us open to fraud and you open to theft!  Any requests made on your order to leave a package without a signature will not be honored.

    How does your Wishlist program work?
    The Wishlist program is similar to a gift registry. If you have ever participated in a wedding or a baby shower you may be familiar with the idea. The Wishlist program allows you to pick out items of interest in the size and colors that you require. Once you have built your wishlist you can display it on The Fetish Factory website or it can remain private. You can post a link for your wishlist on your personal site so that your website viewers can see the items in the size and color you want! When items are ordered off of your wishlist, you will only receive the sender's first name. If the sender wishes to add a note to your package, they may do so in the "Customer Comments" section when checking out. Before we can ship any Wishlist orders, the person who will be receiving the order will be contacted by email to confirm their correct shipping address. If the Wishlist member does not reply to our email within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled and the person who placed the order will be notified.

    How do I get started with a wishlist on the Fetish Factory website?
    You must first register yourself on the Fetish Factory online store before you can proceed. To register on the Fetish Factory website you will need to click the "Shop Online" link from the main page of our website. On the main page of the Online Store you will see a link on the left, "Login". Click on this link and then click on the "Register" link.

    Once you have completed the registration process you will be sent an email confirmation. Check your email immediately after you finish registering and you will see our email confirmation. Click on the confirmation link to confirm your email address / identity and you will be on your way. Please note that registering with the Fetish Factory Online Store is a one time process and allows you future access to shopping online and building your Wishlist.

    If you have already registered to The Fetish Factory Online Store you can simply Login and begin shopping for items to be added to your wishlist.

    How do I add items to my Wishlist?
    · You must first Login to the Fetish Factory Online Store.
    · Once you are logged in you will see many categories on the left to choose from. Click on the category of interest and scroll through the many items we offer online.
    · If you see an item of interest just click on the thumbnail. You will then see a larger image and a brief description of the item. You must choose the size and color of the item if applicable and then click on the button "Add To Wishlist".
    · You can continue this process until you have added all the items to your Wishlist. This can be done at one time or you can always return at a later time to make changes to your Wishlist.

    Will my personal information be displayed to the public?
    No.  Personal information posted on your profile is always kept confidential and never released to anyone. We do, however require all Wishlist participants to create a display name and a display email address. The display name can be an alias and the email address can be a Hotmail or Yahoo email address which can be created for free just for the purposes of this program.

    Where will my Wishlist be displayed?
    This is up to you! You have complete control as to where your Wishlist is displayed. Once you have you registered and created your online profile you will need to pay special attention to certain items in your profile. You must first login or if you are already logged in you can click on "Member Menu". Once you have done this you will need to click on the link "View My Profile". From here you will see "Wish List & Public Information". If you want to have your Wishlist displayed to the public on the Fetish Factory Online Store you need to check the wishlist viewing status box to "Public". If you prefer it to be private then check the box for "Private". Wishlists can be previewed on the Fetish Factory Online store by clicking on the Wishlists link on the left side of the main page of the online store.

    How can I link my personal website to my Fetish Factory Wishlist?
    You must first be logged into the Fetish Factory Online Store or if you are already Logged in click on "Member Menu". Once you have created your Wishlist you can get your personal wishlist Link (URL) by clicking on "View My Wishlist". You will see a page open with all of the items you have on your wishlist and on top of this page there is a link (URL) that you can use to link your site to your wishlist.

    How can I change my Wishlist display name or display email address?
    You must first be logged into the Fetish Factory Online Store or if you are already Logged in click on "Member Menu". Once you have done this you will need to click on the link "View My Profile". From here you will see "Wish List Public Information". This is where you can make the required changes.

    How can I display my picture, banner or personal website on my wishlist page?
    You must first be logged into the Fetish Factory Online Store or if you are already Logged in click on "Member Menu". Once you have done this you will need to click on the link "View My Profile". From here you will see "Wish List Public Information". This is where you can make the required changes.

    What form of payments to you accept for purchases made off of wishlists?
    We offer several payment options with the Wish List Program as follows:

    Money Order - This is the preferred method of payment.
    Western Union & Money Gram - You must locate a center in your area and arrange to transfer funds to Fetish Factory.
    Wire Transfer - This option requires you to pay an additional bank fee in addition to the cost of the product and shipping ($5 US Banks / $15 Intl Banks).
    Personal Check - We do accept this method but will not be able to process the order until the check clears the bank which may delay the processing of your order by 2 weeks.
    Credit Card - We accept this method on a individual basis and it is a trying experience! The big issue here is credit card fraud, which is rampant on the internet. If the WishList person is a personal friend we would appreciate if you would contact your credit card issuing bank and add their address as an alternate address to your record immediately after you place your order.
    Bill Pay Online - is only available to individuals with US Banks and is unavailable to orders placed by International customers. If you bank outside the USA this option is not available.     Can I exchange an item that has been purchased off my Wishlist?
    If a gift has been purchased for you from your Wishlist and does not fit properly, we will be happy to exchange the item for the same style in your proper size. We will not allow refunds nor will we allow exchanges for an alternate item. You must also be sure not to remove the original sales tag and if the item is made of rubber, please do not shine (polish) the item.

    What happens after an item is purchased from my Wishlist?
    It the item is in stock we will request immediate payment from the gift bearer. Since we suggest Money Order as the best form of payment we must first wait for the payment to arrive. Once the payment arrives we will immediately process your order and ship it to the address you have on your profile. Once the item is shipped the item will be removed from your wishlist.

    If the item is not in stock we will get it ASAP and the process above will ensue immediately after the item is on hand.

    Can I request cash or can I change the item after it is puchased before it is shipped?
    No.

    I live outside the USA, can I ship to an alternate address?
    Maybe!  Some international banks allow us to verify your information as we do with our domestic customers. If that is the case, and the order meets certain other criteria, we can ship it to whomever you choose! Your order's eligibility will be determined once we receive your order, and you will be notified via email if we encounter any problems. Unfortunately, many non-us banks fail to cooperate when we attempt to confirm the card and if this occurs we will not be able to process your order as requested.

    We highly recommend that our international users pay with a bank-issued money order in US funds when ordering from a wishlist or when attempting to send the order to another person's address.


    What if there is a problem with my order?
    Your order will most likely be processed the same or next day. If we encounter any problems with your order-such as items being out of stock, shipping updates, or credit card problems-we will notify you by email immediately. Please be sure to check your email frequently the next business day after you place your order! If we have an updated shipping charge (due to the size or weight of your order) or a credit card/billing issue, we CANNOT proceed with your order until we hear from you! If you fail to check your email or decide not to answer us in a timely manner (5 business days), your order will be cancelled and all of the items will be restocked on the showroom floor. If you need to change something in your order, please contact us at info@fetishfactory.com ASAP to prevent any problems. Once your order has shipped, we cannot call it back, and some items are non-returnable!

    Do you offer discreet packaging?
    All packages sent by Fetish Factory are done with discreet packaging. There are no markings that bear the name Fetish Factory! Our return address with the letters FF as the company name are the only reference on your package.
